Through research on the following hot topics: Bitcoin crashing below $60K, record ETF outflows of $1.7B in a week, and the first break below the 200-week moving average since 2022. Sentiment is extreme fear at 12 on the index, with large whale transfers to exchanges adding pressure.
My take: This feels like a capitulation moment, but the MVRV bands suggest we're near a historic long-term entry zone. The Strategy sell-off is amplifying fear, but it's not new.
I predict a retest of $55K before a slow recovery, as institutional outflows ease. Public sentiment is panicked and bearish, with many calling for deeper lows.
