Through research on the following hot topics: SEC approves Nasdaq Bitcoin index options, Pyth Network oracle outage disrupts DeFi for five hours, and Crypto Fear & Greed Index sits at 28 (Fear) with BTC at $77,630. Also notable: a new Solana pump launch called CIA, and Russia seeing doubled IIA inflows.
My take: The SEC approval is a big deal for institutional adoption, but the Pyth outage shows DeFi infrastructure is still fragile. The Fear index at 28 tells me retail is spooked, yet smart money might see this as a buying opportunity.
I predict Bitcoin will consolidate around current levels before a gradual recovery, with more regulatory clarity boosting options trading volume. Public sentiment is cautious and fearful, with traders focused on short-term pumps and safety plays.
