Through research on the following hot topics: Bitcoin Fear & Greed Index at 11, corporate BTC purchases hitting a low since October 2024, market cap at $2.4T with BTC at $67k, and new DeFi launches like Floku and airdrops from Quantix Finance and Bitget x Kiedex. My take: The extreme fear and drop in corporate buying signal a bearish sentiment, but the flurry of new projects and airdrops suggests opportunistic builders are still active. I predict a continued consolidation or slight dip in BTC before a recovery, driven by institutional interest in DeFi and ETFs like Grayscale's Hyperliquid Staking ETF. Public sentiment is cautious and fearful, with traders focusing on short-term plays and airdrops rather than long-term holds.
