Toncoin community votes on a name change as Telegram tightens its grip. A Gravity Bridge hack highlights ongoing security risks.
My take: Coinbase is clearly betting big on India as a growth market, while Strategy’s flip-flop on BTC selling shows even big players are indecisive. The Toncoin rebrand feels like a power grab by Telegram.
Things are heading toward more regulatory clarity in the US, with the Clarity Act close to passing, which could unlock institutional money. Public sentiment is mixed—excitement over India access but skepticism about centralized control and hacks.
