Through research on the following hot topics: Coinbase and Fannie Mae announced the first US BTC-backed mortgage, Coinbase launched pre-IPO trading starting with SpaceX, and massive BTC transfers between unknown wallets and Coinbase Institutional dominated feeds. Base memecoin drama also flared up.
My take: The BTC mortgage news is a huge legitimizing step, but the whale movements suggest big players are repositioning ahead of a potential move. Pre-IPO trading on Coinbase could reshape retail access to private companies.
I predict more institutional BTC adoption in traditional finance, with Coinbase leading the charge. Public sentiment is cautiously bullish on the mortgage news, but wary of whale activity and market volatility.
