My take: this proxy dump is a direct response to tightening internet controls. Users are stockpiling workarounds, and the sheer volume suggests a cat-and-mouse game with authorities. It feels like a digital underground railroad.
I predict this will escalate: more automated proxy lists will appear, and governments will push for deeper packet inspection or block these channels entirely. Public sentiment is defiant but weary, with users sharing tools out of necessity, not choice.
