This looks like a coordinated proxy list share, likely to bypass censorship.
My take: this is a cat-and-mouse game. Regulators try to block Telegram, so users swarm with fresh proxies. The "Unknown" servers and weird ports (7443, 25565) suggest amateur setups or honeypots.
Prediction: more automated proxy bots will emerge, but authorities will start targeting secret-sharing channels directly. Public sentiment is defiant—people see proxies as a right, not a loophole, and share them openly despite risks.
