My take: The market is in a risk-off phase, with cash rotating into stablecoins. The USDT.D breakout confirms traders are fleeing volatile assets, not buying dips. This feels like a classic pre-bull run shakeout.
I predict altcoins will bleed further until BTC reclaims key levels above 60K. Stablecoin flows will spike as fear peaks, setting up a major reversal.
Public sentiment is cautious and bearish, with morale threads trying to keep spirits up. Many are waiting for a clear bottom before re-entering.
