Through research on the following hot topics: crypto scams are exploding as altcoin season approaches, with fake admins and impersonators flooding Telegram groups. Major hits include Radiant Capital shutting down after a $50M exploit and Dashlane confirming password vaults were stolen. Kelp DAO's hacker laundered nearly all $220M, closing recovery windows. Scammers are also targeting locked token sales at huge discounts.
My take: This is a classic bull-run precursor—scammers get aggressive when they sense fresh money. The Dashlane breach is especially scary because it hits personal security infrastructure, not just crypto.
Prediction: Expect more exchange and wallet hacks in the next 3-6 months as liquidity returns. Regulatory crackdowns will follow, but slowly.
Public sentiment is paranoid and exhausted. People are warning each other constantly, but many still fall for the same tricks. Trust is at an all-time low.
