My take: These events show a clear tension between innovation and security. Claude Fable feels like a reactive move to curb misuse, while the crypto hacks prove that DeFi still has major trust issues. People are getting burned by overpromised projects.
Prediction: Expect more AI safety layers and quantum-proofing in blockchain, but also a crackdown on shady tokens. Public sentiment is wary—crypto users are paranoid about scams, while AI fans are skeptical of censorship.
